We sell downloadable digital files. We collect only the data strictly needed to complete the purchase, deliver the PDF, and handle reports.

Data we collect
Payer email address (provided by PayPal at checkout), technical order and download identifiers (order ID, token hash, counts, expiries), data from copyright reports sent via the DMCA form (name, disputed URL, message). We never store card numbers: payments are processed entirely by PayPal.
Purposes
Performance of the sales contract (PDF delivery), abuse and fraud prevention (anti-spam checks, rate limiting), handling of copyright notices and counter-notices, tax and accounting obligations.
Retention
Order data and receipts: 10 years for tax obligations. Download tokens: until expiry (48 hours by default) plus required technical logs. DMCA reports: until the case is closed, no longer than 3 years.
Recipients
PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (Turnstile anti-spam protection and file hosting). No sale of data to third parties, no advertising profiling.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to [email protected]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary technical cookies: administrator session, download token (expires within one hour) and consent preferences. No profiling or advertising cookies.
